Charlotte Ponsaing, Aesthetic Specialist Nurse and Practice Manager

Charlotte is the clinical contact and adviser for all of Mr Townley’s patients. She has been working with Mr Townley since 2016, joining the clinic full-time in 2022. Like Mr Townley, Charlotte believes in a personalised approach to care. Therefore, she places emphasis on understanding her patient’s goals and making an individual treatment plan, with the ultimate goal of making her patients feel like the best version of themselves.

Charlotte qualified as a Registered Nurse in Copenhagen in 2006, going on to specialise as an emergency nurse practitioner until she relocated to the UK in 2015. After a period working in A&E and at sea, she went into a senior management position. During this time, she upheld her clinical skills by continuing to see patients (mainly in a post-surgical setting) and completing further uptake training in aesthetic injectables and skincare.

In addition to performing skincare treatments and injections, Charlotte sees Mr Townley’s patients after their surgery for wound checks and dressing changes (such as the removal of sutures/clips/drains). With her experience and care for her patients she understands and empathises with the worries that can occur before and after surgery. She is passionate about following and providing support to her patient’s surgical journey, from the initial consultation to the final result.

Claudia Urban, Personal Assistant and Practice Manager

Claudia joined the practice as personal assistant to Mr Townley in April 2023. Originally from Romania, she moved to Spain in her teens, where she gained experience in hospitality and customer service. Driven by this, she focused her studies on congresses, meetings, and events management.

After moving to London in 2016, she crossed pathways with the private healthcare sector and remained ever since. Having worked for a well-known group on Harley Street for seven years, her knowledge encompasses front-of-house duties, diary management, diagnostics and outpatient bookings, team management, and especially customer care.

She is defined by an acute sense of responsibility, resilience, and – above all – empathy.
Her kind approach is focused on delivering a smooth patient pathway in the journey towards their desired results and excellent service under Mr Townley’s care.
