This young lady was self-conscious about the appearance of the nose – especially the asymmetry from the front and droopy curved appearance form the side. She underwent an ultrasonic rhinoplasty with septal deviation correction to symmetrise the front profile and feminise the side. In major deviations like this, the goal is to straighten the nose and create a nice even contour from bridge to tip – recreating the so called ‘dorsal aesthetic lines’. As always, the finesse in rhinoplasty is in the tip – delivering a refined tip shape. At two months, she was very pleased with the new shape.
