This lady underwent an open ultrasonic rhinoplasty to feminise the nasal profile and improve facial balance. The surgery involved the removal of a dorsal bump and height reduction using a piezo technique as well as the correction of an underlying deviation and tip refinements. The combination of reduction of bridge height together with rotation of the tip has a profound effect on softening the overall facial balance. Outcome at 2 months.
