This 51 year-old lady with a good complexion underwent a combined deep plane facelift and deep neck reduction to rejuvenate the lower face and neck as well as future-proof the face against ageing-related changes. The shadow of the submandibular gland can be seen in the left oblique pre-operative view and was reduced in the neck lift through a submental (under the chin) incision. Outcome at 8 months.
