A 67 year-old lady troubled by jowls and a full lower face and neck underwent a deep plane face and neck lift to deliver a well-defined jawline and neck contour. In addition, 32mls of purified fat was injected in the face to restore lost volume and help refine the result – softening folds and accentuating the heart-shaped face of youth. An upper eyelid bleparhoplasty was performed at the same time to rejuvenate the upper eyelid region. Result at 3 months.
