A 24 year-old lady underwent combined chin augmentation and submental liposuction to improve jaw projection and neckline definition. The surgery was performed under general anaesthetic as a daycase. The chin implant was placed through a small incision in the crease under the chin. At 4 months, she was delighted with the improved facial balance and improved self confidence
