This patient underwent open ultrasonic rhinoplasty to deliver a more feminine profile with a gentle slope and a more even contour from the front. She particularly disliked the nostril asymmetry from an underlying septal deviation and how the nose drooped on smiling (a common issue). The dorsal aesthetic lines (even front contour) were recreated with auto-spreader flaps). A combination of bridge reduction and tip grafts was used to feminise the side profile. At 1 year post-op, she was thrilled with the improvement in self confidence and outcome.
