A 45 year-old lady with a background history of right sided facial palsy underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to rejuvenate the eyelid region. Blepharoplasty is a relatively uncommon procedure for patients with facial palsy but in this case was indicated to remove loose skin and refreshen the face. Results at 2.5 years.
