A 45 year-old lady troubled by symptoms of breast heaviness and poor scarring from a previous breast operation underwent breast reduction surgery. A 750-800g reduction with breast lift was performed with correction of asymmetry and areolae reduction using an anchor-type incision and superomedial pedicle technique. Result at 9 months.
