This young lady underwent a piezo rhinoplasty to feminise the nasal profile and straighten the nose from the front. A previous trial of filler had been unsuccesful (see the typical bloated filler look in the tip and radix in the pre-op images). Fine-tuning of the bridge and tip refinement achieved a major change with relatively small adjustments. It is noteworthy how refinements in the nose soften and feminise the whole facial profile. Outcome at two months.
