This 26 year-old lady underwent an open ultrasonic rhinoplasty to feminise the nasal profile and improve facial balance. Surgery involved removal of a dorsal bump and height reduction using a piezo technique as well as correction of an underlying deviation. The improvement in tip definition is evident even at this early stage. Outcome at 2 months.
