This 45-year old lady came to me for breast reshaping surgery. After 3 pregnancies and breastfeeding, she felt her breasts were deflated and flat. Restoration of volume and shape was achieved with breast augmentation (295cc anatomical implants, dual plane) and a circumareolar lift. At 6 months post-op, the scars have settled well and she was delighted with the improved appearance and self-confidence.
