A 69-year old lady troubled by low enlarged nipples and empty and droopy breasts underwent breast lift surgery by William Townley. An auto-augmentation technique was used to reshape the breasts and fill the upper pole to deliver a more youthful breast shape. An arm lift was performed at the same procedure using an inner arm crease incision. Results at 6 weeks – still early in the healing phase.
