A 50 year old lady underwent breast lift by Consultant Plastic Surgeon, William Townley, following a period of significant weight loss (30kg), which resulted in deflated and droopy breasts. Due to a family history of breast cancer, she was keen to avoid using breast implants and therefore an auto-augmentation mastopexy technique was performed to achieve a youthful and full breast shape. Results at 2 months.
