A 39 year-old lady with minimal natural breast tissue underwent breast enlargement by William Townley to improve self-confidence. Anatomical implants (260cc) were inserted in a dual plane (partial submuscular). A dual plane approach was selected to camouflage the implant due to the thin overlying skin and breast envelope. Result at 1 year.
