A young lady underwent breast augmentation to improve body confidence and correct an underlying breast asymmetry. Differential augmentation was achieved with 315cc (right) 275cc (full) round silicone implants (Motive Ergonomix) to improve symmetry. Implants were placed in a subfascial plane as there was sufficient natural breast and tissue cover to conceal the implants A full projection round implant was selected to give an extra perky but natural result and also to help correct a mild tuberous breast deformity. Result at 2 months.
