A young lady troubled by breast deflation and loss of upper pole fullness following successive pregnanices underwent breast augmentation to improve body confidence and comfort. Differential augmentation was performed with 205cc /215cc round silicone implants (Motive Ergonomix) to improve symmetry. Implants were placed in a dual plane (partial submuscular) to reduce implant visibility. Result at 2 months.
