A 51-year old lady troubled by an excessively tired eyelid appearance underwent an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty along with facial rejuvenation procedures (deep plane face and neck lift). An internal eyelid incision (transconjunctival approach) was used for the lower eyelid to avoid scars on the outer eyelid skin. Targeted fat grafting helped refine the overall result. Outcome at 4 months.
